Olivia Welch is the Founder of Asia Research Collective, with experience spanning climate advisory, humanitarian research, and corporate inclusion strategy. As Research Manager at Community Business, she led multi-market research across Asia on diversity, equity and inclusion, sustainability, and ESG, shaping influential publications and advancing corporate practice across the region.
Her work spans gender equity, disability inclusion, LGBTQ+ rights, social mobility, and the collation of indigenous knowledge in disaster mitigation, partnering with global organisations to strengthen inclusion policy and deliver measurable impact.
She holds a Master's in Humanitarian Health Programme Management from the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine, and an ESG Investing certificate from the CFA Institute. Olivia combines analytical rigour, stakeholder strategy, and powerful storytelling to translate research into action.
