BIOGRAPHY

Tiffany Tivasuradej is a Cambridge-educated anthropologist and Senior Research Strategist with over 8 years of experience leading cross-sector research across Asia. She blends mixed-method expertise, spanning ethnography, behavioral science, and AI-enhanced analysis with deep cultural intelligence to uncover the human drivers behind complex organisational and market challenges. Her work translates insight into high-impact strategy, consistently delivering measurable outcomes across corporate, financial, and public sector contexts.

Tiffany has held senior roles at CBRE, Ipsos, and Ogilvy, directing large-scale research programmes for global clients including UBS and HKEX, and leading organisational change initiatives that have engaged thousands of stakeholders across the region. She has also contributed to thought leadership on ageing and inclusion for the CFA Institute, scaling engagement to over 200 industry leaders across Southeast Asia.

Holding an MPhil in Health, Medicine and Society (Distinction) from the University of Cambridge as a Chevening Scholar, awarded to the top 1% of global applicants alongside a Distinction-level MSc from Warwick Business School, Tiffany combines academic rigour with strategic pragmatism. She is currently partnering with organisations in Hong Kong on ageing policy and executive leadership development, and is published in the Journal of Business Anthropology.
